I’m Bradley A. Peterson, Attorney at Law. My office is in Overland Park, Kansas, and I have clients across the Kansas City metropolitan area.  I also practice in Eastern Kansas, from Leavenworth to Ottawa to Topeka, and in Central Kansas, from Great Bend to Salina to Hutchinson.

I provide legal counsel for criminal defense, administrative law and disability claims. In each of these practice areas, my job is to protect your rights and interests.  I have many years of experience representing clients against state or federal laws and government agency regulations, in criminal courts and administrative hearings.

I am a former public defender, and now I’m a criminal defense lawyer for everyday working people who are accused of crimes and need effective legal counsel.  I have represented clients in more than 100 trials.

I also help people who become disabled through accident or illness get qualified for Social Security, worker’s compensation or private insurance benefits.  As a recent recipient of a kidney and liver transplant, I can empathize with my disabled clients as they struggle with their condition while worrying how to make ends meet financially. I’ve “been there and done that,” as the saying goes.

I have been active in the American Cancer Society, which bestowed me with its National Builder’s Award for recruiting volunteers.  I am currently a member of the speaker’s bureau for the Organ Transfer Network.  I’ve been involved in health care issues in my community since 1992.
